Terms and Conditions

Below you’ll find the terms and conditions that apply to most bookings made through Air North Getaways. Note that some packages or experiences may have terms and conditions that differ—these will be included on the page for the item and will be provided at the time of booking. Air North Yukon's Airline gift certificates are applicable towards flights and cargo services only and are not applicable towards our getaway packages.

We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance prior to your trip.

• Booking online - When you arrive on the check-out page, you will be required to agree to the Terms & Conditions prior to entering your credit card information. Please read carefully.

Terms & Conditions

• Air North packaged products terms and conditions supersede any fare rules and terms of carriage established by Air North with regards to any changes (including passenger names and travel dates) and cancellations.
• Air North gift certificates and flight credits are applicable towards our flights and cargo services only and not applicable towards packaged products.
• Packages are subject to availability and may not be available on all flights/dates.
• Packages must be booked at least 14 days in advance of departure.
• Changes and cancellations can be made up until 30 days prior departure (some packages are more than 30 days prior departure) for a fee of $52.50 including tax.
• No changes are permitted within 30 days of departure.
• Cancellations within 30 days of departure are 100% non-refundable.
• No-shows forfeit 100% of package price.
• Additional terms and conditions, as supplied by or applicable to the third-parties we work with for accommodation, adventures, or other add-ons, may also apply to any purchases made through Air North Getaways. These will be noted where possible and/or provided separately at the time of booking.

• Package bookings can be made online or by contacting packages@flyairnorth.com.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars and include all taxes and fees.
• Rates are subject to change without notice and subject to availability.
• Your credit card information is not stored or retained in the system in any manner, and is only used to transact the package payment.
• After confirmation, you will receive vouchers for products booked and a flight itinerary from Air North.
